My focus has always been on identifying what a customer needs and providing those customized photography services to them, rather than a click of a button order. When I first started shooting real estate photography in 2008, my business model was quality, not quantity. This is the main reason I do not list photography pricing packages on my website. I believe the initial contact with a customer sets the stage for the relationship. I want to find out more about them and their wants and needs, and let them know about all of the services we provide from still photos and aerial photography, 360 home tours, twilight photography and capturing the special features of a home or business with lifestyle photos, event photography and video slideshows. Then, they are able to make an educated decision about what best fits their needs. Clicking a button to place an order is very quick, but do you always get what you need with that approach.
Commercial Photography
My commercial photography clients are all unique and every project we shoot has its own special features. When a special event venue calls me I always ask what types of events they host? If you are a wedding venue, but also host business meetings, let’s show that in the photos and marketing media we are providing for social media and your website. What other unique services does your business offer?
Real Estate Photography
Do you need a real estate photographer for an 1800 sq ft home on 2 acres in a beautiful neighborhood? In this example, aerial photography would be very beneficial to show the surrounding neighborhood. Comparatively, if they ordered only the basic still photos, they could miss those buyers willing to pay more for a scenic location. If you had simply clicked the button to order basic still photos, you may have missed out on a better option for that property.
Corporate Photography
